ABOUT

I help individuals align to their purpose and harness their potential so they may create the lives they truly desire.
 
As the founder and principal of Gravity and Grace Studio I integrate brand and business building with conscious creation. WITH Gravity and Grace is dedicated to helping individuals identify the challenges, gifts, themes and strategies that will liberate purpose, self love and success.
 
I use a variety of strategic methodologies, calendric systems and archetypal theory. 
 
My studies include immersion in the realms of Ancestral Healing and Animism under the mentorship of Daniel Foor, explored collective trauma healing with Luis Mojica, deepening my understanding of compassion through contemplation using Gene Keys by Richard Rudd, and expand my lens of perception via Integral Theory through the teachings of Kim Barta and Terry O’Fallon. My training in healing arts encompasses Polarity Therapy, Reiki, and Transcendental Meditation, the latter of which I started learning in childhood.
 
I currently serve clients by crafting strategic roadmaps that liberate purpose, self love and success – as well as giving Gene Key readings.
