ABOUT

I help individuals identify their desires, align with purpose, harness potential and remove obstacles – so they may consciously create more authentic relationships, businesses, careers, art and lives.
 
My work exists at the intersection science and spirituality. I leverage a life long dedication to creativity, mysticism and mystery (the why) with years of experience in strategic planning, production and marketing (the how).
 
Today, my passion lies in working with the tension of opposites — this includes harmonizing opposing forces in conflict, leveraging polarities to create new possibilities, and reconciling ineffective perspectives into potential for a more fruitful future.
 
 
My background includes immersion in the realms of Ancestral Healing and Animism under the mentorship of Daniel Foor; exploring self inquiry and somatic experiencing with Luis Mojica; deepening compassion through contemplation using Gene Keys by Richard Rudd; and studying the spectrum of consciousness via the integral theory teachings of Kim Barta and Terry O’Fallon. My training in healing arts includes polarity therapy, Reiki and, most recently, quantum healing under the instruction of Alberto Villodo. 
 
These modalities and many more have shaped how I serve clients and have enhanced the work I’ve done as the principal of Gravity and Grace Studio where I integrate brand and business building with conscious creation. 
 
I work with seekers looking for breakthroughs, entrepreneurs who want to make a difference in the world, artists who want to liberate their vision and humans who want to activate maximum luminosity.
